I used Camera Raw and PS - CS3. In Camera Raw, I increased the yellow temperature, recovery, black levels, and contrast. In Photoshop, I added an overlay texture and masked out the baby. I changed the shirt color and lightened the background. I also cropped and rotated the photo. I used the clone stamp in areas I felt were distracting to the picture.

I didn't even think to rotate the image, but I love the effect in your edit.
