Baby shower update: Eight baby blocks were assembled and 12 more to go. These are pretty easy to assemble. Just a strip of tape and a little fold 'n tuck.
Cinnamon, banana walnut and chocolate mini loaves were made. These are the shower gifts. I debated about what to do and decided, what better way to say thank you than with food. Yesterday was day 10 of the Amish bread starter I had kept from my previous bread making extravaganza. I'm going with a mini foods theme throughout the party. T-minus three days and counting. I'm so excited!
Lemon powder cookies were also made last night. It's treat day at work today. We are celebrating two birthday's this week, and I had a special request from one of the birthday boy's to make these.
