Here's a recent creation, the cinderella cake. I made this for my friend's daughter for her birthday on Saturday. I'm happy she asked me to make it for her. I need to work on my cake decorating skills. I love to make and decorate cakes as a hobby but I couldn't see myself doing this full time. It's so much work! I appreciate the bakers working everyday to make wonderful cake creations.

Using a toothpick, I poke a hole in the corner and voila — a tiny tip, great for detail work.
Almost there. This is where I was at when I went to bed Friday night.
