My button collection

I love buttons. Some are red. And some are blue. Some are old. And some are new. (Shout out to Dr. Seuss). I created the buttons below to represent my age. Today, I added another button. Not just any old button, but one that represents a new decade in my life. A fresh start. A clean slate to my thirties. I can only hope I'm fortunate enough to have many more buttons and to make little buttons that look like my buttons.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY AMY!!!!!! 30 was really rough on me ... but it was also the best thing that ever happened to me.... from birth to age 29 I was NEVER EVER EVER going to have children. I hit 30 and it was like some sort of lightbulb went on... now 3 little monkeys later:-)
I can't wait to see your 'little buttons':-)

Thanks, Dina. It did hit me that the next step in life would be kids. Unless I want to hit 40 first. Jake wouldn't be so happy about that. :o) And neither would the kids. They would have an old mom when they're in school. :o)
