A green parade of randomness

Last weekend, I was a spectator at a St. Patrick's Day parade in the Delano District. It was a nice day out, and I wanted to snap some shots so I decided to go. Parades are nothing like I remember as a kid. Understandable. I took pictures, saw some sweet cars, wondered why people like to dress up dogs, admired some really fun vintage bikes and questioned the redonkulousness of political floats. To each his own I suppose.

This doggie is all kinds of cute. Reminds me of a Sheltie I had as a child.

Interesting.

I love the elegant walk of this greyhound.

An acceptable mullet for a clown.

Not gonna lie, this is a little freaky.

Absolutely gorgeous.

Random child in the street.

Bicycle gang

Pure love.

Maybe one day I will have a baby just like this. Chevelles are my favorite.

Colorful. I didn't know pants like these still existed. I'm glad he can rock 'em though.
